The law no. 93/2021, of 20th December, established the General Regime for the Protection of Whistle-blowers - RGPDI, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report violations of Union law

The RGPDI (General Whistle-blower Protection Regime) provides for the mechanisms of admissibility and procedures applicable to complaints of infringements, made based on information obtained in the scope of professional activity, as well as the measures of protection of whistle-blowers.

This Porcel Whistleblowing Channel is not intended for filing complaints regarding Human Resources and labour law matters.

Complaints should only be submitted on matters specifically identified in the legislation, in particular:

• Public procurement; Services, products and financial markets and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; Product security and compliance; Transport security; Environmental protection; Radiation protection and nuclear safety; Food safety for human and animal consumption, animal health and animal welfare; Public health; Consumer protection and Protection of privacy and personal data and security of the network and information systems.

Complaints can be made confidentially, indicating the name and contact information or, if desired, in a completely anonymous way.

All complaint requests are handled confidentially and securely by Porcel.
